WatchIPTV Privacy Policy

Effective November 2, 2026

In short: WatchIPTV doesn't collect your personal data. There are no accounts, no servers of ours, no analytics, no ads and no tracking. What you put in the app stays on your devices and in your own iCloud account, where we can't see it.

Who we are

WatchIPTV ("the app", "we", "us") is a video player for iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, Mac and Apple Vision Pro. This policy explains what happens to your information when you use it.

Information we collect

None. We don't run servers for the app, and the app doesn't send us information about you or how you use it. We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking services, and we don't sell or share data.

Information stored on your devices and in your iCloud

To work, the app keeps the following on your device. If you're signed in to iCloud, it also syncs it through your own private iCloud account, so it's the same on your other Apple devices:

iCloud data is stored by Apple in your private iCloud account under Apple's Privacy Policy. We have no access to it. Deleting the app removes its data from that device. You can remove its iCloud data in your device's iCloud settings.

Services the app connects to

The app connects directly from your device to:

Purchases

Subscriptions and purchases are handled entirely by Apple. We never see your name, Apple ID or payment details. The app only checks Apple's signed record of your purchase on your device to unlock Premium.

Apple Intelligence

Features that use Apple Intelligence, such as asking about the TV guide, run on your device using Apple's on-device models. Nothing is sent to us.

Children

The app isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone, children included.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and its effective date. Significant changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
