WatchIPTV Terms of Use
These terms apply to your use of WatchIPTV ("the app", "we", "us") on iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, Mac and Apple Vision Pro. They add to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies. By using the app you agree to both.
The app is a player, not a content service
- WatchIPTV doesn't provide, host, sell or recommend any channels, movies, series or other content. It plays content from a provider that you choose and sign in to yourself.
- You're responsible for making sure you have the right to access and watch anything you play with the app, and for following your provider's terms and the laws where you live.
- Don't use the app to access content without authorization from its owner.
- We aren't responsible for your provider, its content, its availability or the quality of its streams.
Free use and WatchIPTV Premium
The app is free to download. Without Premium, playback is limited (currently 5 minutes of watching, then a 1-hour wait). We may change the free limits in future versions. Premium removes the limit and is available as:
- Yearly subscription. It renews automatically each year at the price shown in the app unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- Free trial. Eligible new subscribers get a 7-day free trial of the yearly subscription. If you don't cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it becomes a paid yearly subscription. Each Apple ID can use the trial once.
- Lifetime unlock. A one-time purchase that unlocks Premium for as long as the app is available, with no renewal.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your Apple ID's subscription settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Premium until the end of the period you've paid for. Purchases unlock Premium on your other devices signed in with the same Apple ID, and can be shared with your Family Sharing group. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies; you can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Third-party services
The app shows information from third-party services, such as channel logos and sports scores. That information is provided as is, may be incomplete or out of date, and belongs to its owners.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how the app handles your information. In short, we don't collect it.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the app or of any provider or content you access with it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here with a new effective date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
